Shipping Policy BedStuyFly
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
BedStuyFly ships via third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar). Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, BedStuyFly is no longer responsible for the shipment.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Stolen or missing packages after delivery

Packages left unattended

Packages delivered to mailrooms, front doors, porches, or leasing offices

Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BedStuyFly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. BedStuyFly does not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation
Optional shipping insurance or signature confirmation may be offered at checkout. If declined, BedStuyFly is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must contact the carrier immediately and retain all packaging materials. BedStuyFly is not responsible for damage caused during transit.
